Concept
The multi steamers is a simple cooking equipment contain four steaming bowls and separate small bowls(tumblers) for mixing the vegetables with spices and served in a cup to the customers.

SWITCH BOARD
1.15 AMPS BIG SWITCH (HEATER)
2.5AMPS SMALL SWITCH (LIGHITING)
3. Thermostat (0-110)
4. Indicator (with red light )this indictor gets on when heater is on and gets off when heater is off

Working principal of thermostat(0-110)called as automatic switch.
As water boils at 100 C steam generates at 100 C. you set the temperature to 100 C. when the temperature reaches 100 c the heater automatically gets off and again starts at 90 C. so automatically heater gets on and off

Similarly when you set the temperature is set to 90 C .the heater gets off when the temperature reaches 90 c and stats at 80C.

Its main fuction is to maintain temperature.

What temperature to set?
You can set the temperature at 100 C or even 90 C.

When to put off the big heater switch?
The thermostat automatics gets on and off .but when you don’t have sale or non  peak hours you can simply switch off the heater switch which saves electricity also avoids over steaming off corn.

Immersion heater and water tank

The water tank is made of food grade stainless steel and heaters are attached to the tank.
Once we pour the water in the tank, water gets heated and releases steam and cooks the product in the bowls above.
Caution-Water inside the tank must be above the heater (2” or more) or else heaters get burnt. Caution this to the employers, with out water heaters get burnt immediately.
So see the water level often and refill it. 
Water immersion heater-always heater should be immersed in water when the machine is plugged in.or else the heater gets burned.

Drain tap

The water tank is connected to the drain tap to drain water on daily basis. Its heavy duty ball value tap.

Fix the tap with white tape , for no leakages

Steaming bowls

The product to be cooked is placed in bowls and placed in the appropriate holes.

Lighting connection to the top sign board.
There is a wire which goes in side the steel pipe to the top sigh board. Connect this wire to the corresponding wire at the bottom of the machine.

Time taken for water to get heated
It takes 30-45 minutes for the water steam to generate initially in the morning once you start the machine. Once the water gets heated temperature is maintained constantly by thermostat.

Lightings used
All the lightings used are CFL and tube lights

Plug pin wiring
Red –phase
Black neutral
Green-ground or earth

Point-Be care full with acrylic sign boards they can break with very hard handling.
