Our instant kulfi machine Working Principle-Kulfi moulds are dipped in the brine solution and kulfi premix is poured in the moulds.With in 20 to 30 min kulfies are made and ready to serve. A Motorised stirrer stirs the brine solution for even temperature through out. Constant temperature is maintained by digital Thermostat.
