Delivery of Goods
We will hand over the goods to transport companies in India depending on the stock as per Production Description given below. Delivery by transport companies’ door delivered 7-10 working days depending on the country. We will hand over the goods to the Local transport companies in Vijayawada. The rates provided for the shipping are for the economy services of transport companies. If you need faster deliveries you need to choose the priority service. The priority service prices would be higher, so contact us if you need with priority service we will provide the quote for the same. If the shipment is through sea it would be on C&F or CIF terms, i.e., we will deliver the goods up to seaport and the customer needs to take delivery of goods from the sea port.

Customs Duties and documentation

• We are not responsible for paying your import tax, VAT or any additional handling or storage charges that may be levied in your own country, nor are we responsible for knowing what these taxes (amounts) are. We strongly advise that you check with the relevant authority in your own country to establish your tax position. Customs and Duties vary from country to country for customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by your government. Customer need to provide all the relevant local documents to customs in your country. We are not responsible for the delay or non clearance of goods due to customs in your county.
• The term door to door service by Transport companies is for the transport service from door to door. This can be provided subject to customs clearance in your country.
• We strongly advice to check with the relevant authorities and let us know if you need any documents and certifications for customs purpose. We are not responsible for knowing the documents or certifications according to your country. As the documents and certifications varies from country to country. Customer need to Inform us before ordering and shipping, so that we can advice if we can provide them or not.
• We will be not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated import fees that your country may impose.
• All such fees are your responsibility, and are not included in the shipping charges.
• Please contact your customs office for information about additional fees.
• We will be not responsible for packages held or denied by Customs in any destination country.
• The customer is responsible for the full order price and shipping costs should any package be held or denied by Customs.
• Should you refuse the package because of duty fees that may be associated with it, or for any other reason, you are responsibility for the full order price and shipping costs for the order.
• Any order be lost or damaged in shipping, we will file a claim with the Transport and Insurance companies.
• Our liability in cases of lost or damaged packages is limited ONLY to the amount of the claim paid and settled by the carrier and insurance company.

Terms & Conditions
Subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter, our Coolex machines are automatically covered by “Warranty” for 6 months from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). We will replace any defect that arises due to faulty materials or workmanship, free of charge during this Warranty Period. The warranty on each different machine covers only on certain spares which are listed for each machine separately on warranty card.

Replacement on spare parts:

• Customer needs to identify the fault spare part & inform the company.
• Company arranges the spare parts at free of cost.
• Freight for spare parts is payed by the customer.
• Warranty does not cover mishandling of machine.

Any claims made under the terms of the Warranty must be supported by the original invoice or bill of sale issued at the time of purchase. This Warranty applies to original buyer. Warranty is not transferable. This Warranty is non-transferable to any other person or for any other product.
This Warranty is governed by Vijayawada jurisdiction, Andhra Pradesh India. Unless otherwise agreed, and is in addition to and does not diminish your statutory or other legal rights

Exclusions of Warranty :

This Warranty does not cover

• Faults that arise as a result of negligence, willful abuse or improper use by persons other than authorized representatives of Coolex (including but not limited to failure to comply with the installation and user instructions).
• The replacement of accessories or accidental damage.
• Incorrect installation by persons
• Losses caused by unforeseeable events (including but not limited to floods, lightning storms, frost or other bad weather conditions, acts of God), fair wear and tear,    filters, fuses, light bulbs, cosmetic damage, plastic items, covers, baskets, trays, shelves, burner bases, burner caps, decals, corrosion or transit damage.
• Whilst all reasonable care will be taken during service interventions, Coolex does not accept liability for damage sustained to property other than as a result of its negligence in the process or moving or repairing the appliance.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
All machines are made to order only.
We customize the kiosk based on customer’s requirement.
Manufacturing time for Potato Kiosk is 15-45 days.

The Prices displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product directly from the factory. Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by us.
