Working Principle-Kulfi moulds are dipped in the brine solution and kulfi premix is poured in the moulds. With in 15 to 20 min kulfies are made and ready to serve. A Motorised stirrer stirs the brine solution for even temperature through out. Constant temperature is maintained by digital Thermostat.

We train new recipes according to different budgets from Rs 5 to 10. Depending on the quality of Kulfi
to sell for low price you can opt Rs 5/-Recipe and to sell high price you can opt for Rs 8 to 10/- Recipe
